Hosting an Ibiza residency isn't something to enter into lightly - you've got to know you can deliver the goods. Fortunately, for Eric Prydz that isn't a problem, proven when he launched Tonight at Amnesia (hosting names such as Tiga, Crookers and A-Trak), which proved a demanding-but-rewarding labour of love. “2011 has been the most hectic summer in my career,” he confirms.“Taking on my own night at Amnesia Ibiza every Tuesday has been super fun, but also A LOT of work and travel.”

Further live fun characterised Prydz's 2011. He premiered his aptly-named EPIC (Eric Prydz In Concert) show, combining music, film and holographic visuals in an elaborate package - a “unique experience”, says Prydz.
But for all the club action, Prydz couldn't let 2011 pass without a hit record: the euphoric '2Night'.
“It was by far the biggest record in my sets at our night in Ibiza,” he says. “Every time I played it the dancefloor on the terrace would sit down and jump up as it dropped. Crazy!
